    Grace Keath

    CEO

As CEO of East Coast Tasmania Tourism, Grace Keath leads with a deep love for the region she calls home. Growing up on Tasmania’s East Coast in Scamander, Grace understands firsthand the people, places, and stories that make this coastline so special.

Grace works closely with local operators, councils, and state partners to strengthen the visitor experience and ensure tourism continues to bring positive outcomes for the region. From championing infrastructure and workforce development to supporting local events and new experiences, Grace’s focus is on sustainable growth that benefits both visitors and the people who live here.

Before stepping into the CEO role, Grace worked across multiple areas of the Hospitality and Tourism industry including roles at the Tourism Industry Council of Tasmania, Operations Manager IHG Hayman Island, Accommodation Manager (national) for the ALH Group, and Learning and Development Manager with Quest Hotels and Apartments. This experience has shaped her hands-on, inclusive approach to leadership one grounded in partnership, advocacy, and genuine connection with industry.

Alongside her professional role, Grace and her family own and operate Priory Ridge Estate, a boutique vineyard and cellar door in St Helens. This hands-on involvement in tourism and agribusiness gives her valuable, practical insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by operators across the coast from seasonality and marketing to infrastructure and visitor experience.

When she’s not championing the East Coast, Grace can often be found exploring its quiet beaches, local vineyards, and small towns living the same experiences she works every day to share with the world.
